Brothers Jeff and Jamie Plager have been playing and 
performing together for the past 14 years. Jamie hails from Braeside, ON, and while Jeff originally comes from the Ottawa valley as well, he now calls Waterloo, ON his home. The boys started out playing with their father Garry, and later branched out on their own. In 2005, they met up with Danielle Roberts of Ottawa, ON (who is quick to remind everyone of her prairie roots!). Soon after, the three were playing regularly with the bluegrass band Corduroy Road, based out Arnprior, ON, and eventually as the classic country trio, Dani & the Plager Boys.
With the encouragement of family, friends, and their fans in the Pontiac, Dani & the Plager Boys recorded their first album "Three's Country" in 2009. The band's sound is primarily classic country with a bit of bluegrass thrown into the mix. In the summer of 2010, Dani & the Plager Boys introduced a new member to their band - Jerry Covert of Braeside, ON, playing bass. Most recently, they performed at the Shawville Country Jamboree for their 3rd year. Dani & the Plager Boys are proud to support the Brett Pearson Run For Your Life.
